A handguard is more than a place to attach accessories. It is a structural component of the rifle and the primary interface between the shooter and the front end of the weapon.
Length, rigidity, mounting interface, weight, and accessory compatibility all affect how a rifle handles and performs.
Reptilia handguards are designed around those considerations from the beginning.
From the streamlined M-LOK Handguard to the integrated ARCA platforms, each design is built with the same philosophy: purpose-built components, fewer unnecessary parts, and an interface designed around how the rifle is actually used.
THE REPTILIA HANDGUARD

The foundation of the lineup is the Reptilia Handguard, a lightweight M-LOK platform designed for standard AR15 upper receivers.
At the center of the design is Reptilia’s patented turnbuckle mounting system, providing a secure and repeatable connection between the handguard and upper receiver without unnecessary external hardware.
Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion, the handguard combines rigidity and durability with a streamlined profile. Its 33.5mm internal diameter provides clearance while keeping the overall package compact.
The standard handguard is available in four lengths:
- 9.4″ — 231g
- 10.5″ — 255g
- 13″ — 309g
- 15″ — 358g
Every configuration maintains full M-LOK compatibility, allowing shooters to position lights, bipods, sling mounts, hand stops, and other accessories exactly where they need them.
The handguard is finished in a MIL-STD Type III, Class 2 hard anodize and is made in the USA with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
THE ARCA HANDGUARD

For shooters who regularly work from tripods, barricades, bipods, and other supported positions, the Reptilia ARCA Handguard takes the same basic platform and integrates a full-length ARCA-Swiss interface directly into the bottom of the handguard.
Rather than attaching a separate ARCA rail to an M-LOK handguard, the ARCA interface is built into the handguard itself.
That creates a continuous mounting surface that allows compatible tripod systems and shooting supports to attach directly to the rifle.
The integrated interface also allows the rifle to be moved fore and aft on a tripod head to quickly adjust balance and shooting position.
The ARCA Handguard maintains full M-LOK compatibility, so shooters can continue to configure lights, bipods, sling mounts, and other accessories around the integrated ARCA interface.
The ARCA Handguard is currently available in 13-inch and 15-inch configurations, in Black and FDE. It is manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum extrusion, with a 33.5mm internal dimension and Type III, Class 2 hard anodized finish.
DIRECT-TO-TRIPOD CAPABILITY
The advantage of an integrated ARCA interface is straightforward: the mounting system becomes part of the handguard rather than another component attached to it.
That means:
No separate ARCA rail.
No additional adapter plate.
No unnecessary hardware.
The result is a clean, continuous interface designed around supported shooting.
For precision applications, hunting, field shooting, or any rifle that regularly transitions onto a tripod, the ARCA Handguard provides a direct connection between the rifle and the support system.
ARCA-S: INTEGRATED WHERE IT MATTERS

The newest addition to the lineup is the Reptilia ARCA-S Handguard.
The ARCA-S takes the concept of integrated ARCA and focuses it into a 2.8-inch ARCA section at the rear of the handguard, directly where the handguard meets the upper receiver.
This provides a rigid, direct-to-tripod mounting point while keeping the remainder of the handguard streamlined and available for traditional M-LOK accessories.
The result is a different approach to the same problem.
Where the full-length ARCA Handguard provides maximum fore-aft adjustability along the entire bottom of the handguard, the ARCA-S provides an integrated ARCA interface in a more compact section.
Both retain the core advantages of direct ARCA integration while allowing shooters to choose the configuration that best fits their rifle and shooting style.
The 13-inch ARCA-S is currently available in Black and FDE, with an 11.5-inch configuration planned for shooters looking for a more compact option.
THREE HANDGUARDS. THREE APPROACHES.
The Reptilia lineup gives shooters three ways to configure the front end of their rifle.
REPTILIA HANDGUARD
M-LOK versatility
The standard Reptilia Handguard is the straightforward choice for shooters who want a lightweight, rigid M-LOK platform with maximum flexibility for accessory placement.
Available in 9.4″, 10.5″, 13″, and 15″ configurations.
ARCA HANDGUARD
Full-length integrated ARCA
The ARCA Handguard is built for shooters who want direct-to-tripod capability and maximum fore-aft adjustment while retaining M-LOK functionality.
Available in 13″ and 15″ configurations.
ARCA-S HANDGUARD
Compact integrated ARCA
The ARCA-S incorporates a 2.8-inch ARCA interface at the rear of the handguard, giving shooters a dedicated direct-to-tripod mounting point while preserving the rest of the handguard for M-LOK accessories.
Available in 13″, with an 11.5″ configuration coming next.
BUILT AROUND THE COMPLETE RIFLE
The right handguard depends on the rifle it’s going on and how that rifle will be used.
A general-purpose carbine may benefit from the flexibility and reduced weight of the standard M-LOK Handguard.
A precision-oriented rifle built around tripod-supported shooting may benefit from the full-length ARCA interface.
For shooters who want direct ARCA capability without dedicating the entire underside of the handguard to the interface, the ARCA-S provides another option.
The common thread is integration.
Reptilia doesn’t approach the handguard as an accessory added to the rifle after the fact. The handguard is part of the system.
MADE IN THE USA
All Reptilia handguards are manufactured in the United States and backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
From the patented turnbuckle mounting system to the integrated ARCA platforms, each design is intended to solve a specific problem without adding unnecessary complexity.
One platform. Multiple configurations. Built around the rifle.
