Shipping and Returns

What are your shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $5.99. Orders over $75 are shipped free.

We will be using USPS Priority Mail service as our standard shipping method for anything over 14 oz. This service delivers in 3 days to most US locations.

We will be using USPS First Class Mail service as our standard shipping method for anything less than 14 oz. This service also delivers in 3 days to most US locations.

Do you ship internationally?

We do NOT ship internationally and orders must have both a billing and shipping address located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia.

What are the tax rates?

We collect sales tax on all orders, including sometimes city, county and other taxes.  The tax total will be added to your order during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

All Reptilia products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Guarantee (see terms for more detail). Your satisfaction with our products is paramount to us.

In the event any item arrives damaged, we will replace it as soon as is practically possible. We also accept returns within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

How do I make a return?

For returns, please email service@reptiliacorp.com for instructions of how to complete your return. Packages will NOT be accepted without a prior approved return authorization.

You will be required to include your name, shipping address, phone number and email details, with the reason for the return (including, if applicable, information about the defective returns). Please include a copy of the receipt if possible, as well.

The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, with quality padding and place in an appropriate box for shipping. We recommend insuring your shipment and obtaining tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.

Packages must be returned prepaid - we do not accept COD packages unless a pre-paid label has been issued to you. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, store credit will be issued. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
